I can’t believe it has been two full months since WOW Summit! The holidays really make the time go fast!
If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen this picture of our fun chance to taste-test the Smart Flour Foods Pizzas. They were SO good!! Gluten-free, ancient grains, and more minerals, vitamins and fiber than others around. Yes please!
There were some delicious smells coming out of the WOW Summit expo room and when I followed my nose to the Smart Flour Foods booth I was too late and all the delicious pizza was gone. At least I got a chance to check out a little information about their product without my judgement being crowded by the yummy pizza.
Smart Flour Foods are gluten-free and made up of the ancient grains – amaranth, sorghum, and teff. They have Smart Flour, pancake and waffle mixes, hamburger buns, and pizzas and pizza crusts.
The next day I was in that expo room and getting my pizza ASAP, and it was worth the wait! So, when I had the chance to try their four pizza varieties with my family I was so excited for that package to arrive!
The pizza was a big hit with everyone from my husband and myself, to my pizza-expert brother-on-law, to the two little ones. The crust is amazing and each pizza was delicious! The crispy and tasty crust makes the pizza and I don’t think I could pick a favorite flavor.
We had such a great time trying each pizza and the kiddos couldn’t get enough of the cheese and pepperoni. The only downside is that they could be bigger. 🙂
Our family isn’t gluten-free but it is great to know that there is such a fantastic option out up there for those who are or anyone who would like a better option for frozen pizza.
