So, last week was pretty bad. I had a disappointing weigh-in and I was frustrated with all the self-sabotaging I was doing.
This week was a turn around!
I started my 100 Days of 100 Kettlebell Swings, and it did wonders for my motivation and drive.
I’m pretty optimistic this week, and I can’t wait to see how it goes…
It has been HOT here! Not just hot, the humidity has been disgusting. I like to run in the heat, but I have a hard time finding the motivation when it practically feels like swimming. I did get out for a couple runs, but I would like to get a few more in next week.
I’ve gotten to day 5 of my 100 Days of 100 Kettlebells swing. It’s fun. It helps me stay committed to my goals, and is something that keeps me excited. I’ve been taking video too, but I’m not sure what to do with that… Maybe just put together something at the end…?
Along with the challenge, my eating has gotten back on track. I had a couple days where I tracked all my food and stayed at my goal. Last night, we had a night out to a pizza place with friends and, instead of calling it a cheat day, I ate well and went for a run in anticipation of a cheat meal.
I’m about 50/50 on the days this week, but my overall feeling is pretty good. I’m pretty excited about the rest of this challenge – bring it on!
How was your week?
I like your Good/Bad/Ugly recap …. maybe I’ll do that on my weekly check-in 😉
Even with my weekly accountability, I haven’t been able to stop my upward slide of late. I’m hoping the start of school and return to routine will help. Not sure why I’ve been unable to stop shoving everything into my mouth lately (I am still tracking everything, I’m SO bad!)
