Hey all!
It’s another My Day Friday Accountability Check-in.
Let me just tell you right now it was a bad week… I let a bad meal, lead to a bad weekend, and lead to a bad week…
I hate when I let that happens especially after such a great week! I know how good it feels to stay on track, so why do I let myself take two steps backward?
Well, let’s just see how it all went…
Well, I pretty much explained how the week went…
There were a few good things.
After trying to wake up early to work out, and realizing I like my nighttime showers, I decided the best thing to do will be to head out for a run right at 3pm when my husband gets home each day. This has worked well because once the kids are up I usually can’t get out the door. I’ve also started Couch to 5K again, and I’m loving it and hoping to get faster. I also did well with upping my water game this past week.
Snacking was definitely out of control. I caved and opened my huge bag of chocolate chips – very dangerous because if they are open, I eat them. And eat them I did… On the positive side, I did stop snacking with MealEnders or teeth brushing a few times.
Goals for Next Week:
1. 3pm Run 4/5 days this week.
2. Track Everything! This is key for me, I definitely can tell when I’m slipping by the dive my tracking takes.
3. Chug a glass of water each morning.
