Nighttime Motivation {5 Tips for Sticking to your Goals}

Thanks goodness my trainer and I did my pinches today, because my will power in the evenings combines with the scale that won’t budge was getting me a bit discouraged.

I’m down in every measurement and I’m not veering off track too much, so that keeps me hopeful.

I keep trying new tools to help myself stay on track. Since my motivation is high in the morning and I struggle at night, I made a list of things to look at and help me evaluate my choices at night.

From this list, I have identified a couple things that I think will help…

Five Tips for Staying Motivated During the Nighttime Hours

1. Remember the Goal: don’t allow set backs, it makes more work, it ruins my hard work during the day, it delays reaching my goal…
2. Take some time: think about it, drink some water first, finish a task first…
3. Distraction: track daily food, plan tomorrow, create/add to a vision board…
4. Incompatible behaviors: paint nails, brush teeth, put on lotion…
5. Smart Choices: choose whole foods, sip something and take more time…
