Have you noticed some changes taking place around here?
I’m back from my holiday break and feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on 2016! I’ll explain more tomorrow, but I’m getting more focus around here and in life and devoting time to the things that really matter.
Before 2015 comes to a close, I have one more quick review to share. Like so many things during the holidays, I meant to do it sooner, but we’ve added remodeling to the craziness – which I’ll also share more about, but you can see some photos on Facebook.
As you can tell from the new header, organization is one of my main focus areas, and that includes the car.
I have no idea why it took me so long to get a backseat organizer. When the kids were babies, I had wipes, diapers, pacifiers, extra clothes, toys, and anything else that fell on the floor piled up in my back seat. My car doesn’t even have pockets back there.
I got to try the Fancy Mobility Backseat Car Organizer for free in exchange for my review, and boy did we need it!
I love having two new organizers in the backseat! There is so much room for the kids’ stuff and it keeps things up off the floor – especially during the slushy, dirty winter.
Pros
- plenty of pockets of all shapes and sizes
- comes with a visor organizer
- nice width for the back of the seat
Cons
- not the best attachment to the seat- it buckles around the headrest and somewhere around the bottom. The other version we have uses hooks that go under the seat and it was much easier to install
- the visor organizer if really awkward in my car – the elastic straps either cover the mirror or the spot that snaps it Into place
Sorry about the terrible picture, we haven’t been out that much lately without being in a rush and it was too cold to get a nicer one!
This is not my favorite organizer due to the fit in my particular car and the way it is attached, but it does come with the visor and seat back organizer and gives you plenty of pockets for all your goodies. Definitely a better method than a crowded floor with random junk and bags of stuff.
I can’t wait for 2016 and the feel of a fresh start! I hope you check back to see what’s going on around here in the new year!
This is a good idea. I’m doing a New Year’s motivation series and I was trying to figure out how to wrap in all my motivational posts during the year. I like this recap idea and how you listed just the highlights of each post.
Thanks, Adrian! I love every post I’ve read from your series so far!
Thank you so much! I appreciate the vote of confidence.
