I’m one quarter of the way through!
Day 25 of my 100 days of 190 kettlebell swings.
I’m really enjoying having something to commit to, and I’ve had no problem getting it in each day.
I don’t necessarily think there have been any major changes for the kettlebells alone and my eating has been so-so, but I’m down about 7lbs in these 25 days. Just having something small to focus on helps with each healthy decision I make during the day. If I could get those crazy snack attacks under control, I’d really make some headway.
I’m really enjoying this challenge and look forward to the next 75 days.
What would you like to commit to for 100 Days?
I’m wondering if you follow through with your hundred days of the kettle ball challenge and what was the end result for you? I am thinking about going to sing challenge
Hi there! I made it nearly to the end of my challenge when I let some home and family things derail me. I would love to do it again, though, because it felt really great.
So what’s the challenge?? To complete 100 kettlebells swings in 100 days or to be able to do 100 kettlebells swings at once??

I gave myself this challenge back in 2015 and committed to completing 100 kettlebell swings each day for 100 days.
