I’ll make this short and sweet…
Happy International Chocolate Day (yesterday)
Enter below.
Win all the prizes! I know I’ll be trying to!
I loved the idea of eating pre-packaged single serving chocolates. Being about to cut down on how much I eat is the best tip!
I like the pre-packaged, single serving tip for limiting chocolate cravings.
I like to eat dark chocolate with 70% cocoa when I have chocolate cravings
I also like the single-servings limitation.
I liked your idea to only buy chocolate in single serving sizes. Buying a whole bag is a disaster waiting to happen for me!

I’m going try Prepackaged, single-servings.
Hi Ellen! That is a good one and helps me!
Drag it out if I can
“if I can” is key for me too 🙂 it drives my family crazy, but it does make me feel better if I can enjoy it longer!
Single serving tip is a good one
I need that built-in stopping point or I would keep on going!
I buy single servings or make smaller, individual servings at home to limit the calories and carbs.
Great tip! I keep thinking I should package my own too
I am hoping to get more nutrients in as I train for a half
I do try to use smaller portions. Great giveaway!
Thank you! Portion size is key, but so hard because chocolate. 🙂
I think Drag it out is best for me.
Agreed – feeling like you’ve indulged and had time to enjoy is great
I love that you drag out on eating a tootsie roll, I like playing with the paper it sort of gives me something to do with my fingers while I eat it loll
@tisonlyme143
Me too! I always fold them a few times and tie them into knots
try protein bars
This post made me want a snack! ha I also think buying single serving sizes is the way to go 🙂

Hahahahaha! Me too!
I do the prepackaged single servings tip too. Hershey’s Kisses are a favorite to have around!

Oh, good for you. Even though Hershey kisses are all wrapped separately, I eat way too many and can’t have them around myself. 🙂
I like the single serving idea
90% dark chocolate and also adding cocoa powder to frozen bananas then blending and also chocolate mint protein bars!! All these seem to really hit that sweet tooth spot!!

Yes! Dark chocolate is key for me too
I like the idea of having single serving size packages and use this idea too.
It definitely helps!
Ugh I totally need single serving. I don’t even have control when those Justin’s dark chocolate peanut butter cups come as two in a pack-I’ll definitely sneak back later for the second.
I would do the same! So hard to resist!
I like to get Tootsie Rolls too because they are easy to suck on for a while which kills my craving and drags it out until I’m satisfied.
Individually packaged doesn’t always work for me though because I can eat a whole bowl of Halloween candy in one sitting and those are all single serving packaged.
Haha! True! I’ve found I have to have something the size shown or a whole protein bar, because it definitely doesn’t work with fun size candy for me either!
Drag it out! Well, I guess it counts as single serving too. I have always loved Tootsie Rolls for both of those reasons. They take a while to chew/melt and they com in a small individual piece. You can be satisfied and not have taken in too many calories!

Tootsie rolls are definitely a favorite
the Single serving tip
Pre-packaged single servings are an awesome way to get a chocolate fix yet not go too overboard 🙂
Thanks for the chance to win!
Absolutely, Amber! Good luck!
Shame on me, I eat the whole bar in one sitting! I will have to try the single serving packs but I’m worried that I will open a bunch and eat them all at once!
So true! I like the other tip to take out a serving and eat it somewhere else
single serving is perfect!

I like just a bite or two, that usually takes away that craving!

So nice! I have sooo much trouble stopping
Yes, keep it in the house but portions are key!
Totally agree!
Definitely the single serving:) I am one of those weird people who doesn’t have that trouble with chocolate, but there are plenty of other things that I totally need to take the single serving on the treats to heart!
Thanks so much for linking up with us in the giveaway hop!!!

Oh how I wish that was me!
I love getting creative with chocolate alternatives…I’m always making healthy treats!
I need some recipes! I really need to make some healthier ones
I use the single serving tip all the time. I also make sure I put the rest away and go somewhere else to enjoy my chocolate so I am not tempted to grab more.
That is the best tip yet – so smart!
I like to eat a tootsie pop. It gives you the hard candy fruit flavors along with the chocolate of the tootsie roll. It does last a long time and helps with the sweet tooth.
Such a great idea!
Buyiing single servings will save a lot of mindless eating in my house!
Same here! As long as we don’t eat too many 🙂
I also like to have a chocolate protein shake blended with ice — makes it seem like a chocolate milkshake.
I like the idea of dragging it out especially with tootsie rolls. They are very good and they do last awhile!
They do, don’t they? My favorite!
I use small portions. I buy minis so I don’t eat as much.
Perfect idea
I stick with the prepackage single servings. But then, I don’t have a big problem. I learned early on how to only eat a little bit. If I eat too much, I get hives. So, I stick with one small piece of select chocolate.
i like the tip on dragging it out! i always savor!
