I feel like it shouldn’t have taken this long to come to this realization… I am full into the Mommy Slump. I am the typical case: Momma of a 2 and 3 year old Turned stay-at-home-mom after the second Lives in sweats and athletic clothes Leaves the house for groceries, preschool drop-off/pick-up, and errands for […]
I’m sharing a tasty recipe that I won’t be eating today because it’s Ash Wednesday, but these Ham Asparagus & Egg White Cups are delicious! They’re also a great way to make a breakfast ahead of time, keep in the fridge or freeze, and have something on hand to grab when you’re short on time […]
Ugh… That time when the kids are in bed, you can finally sit in peace (hopefully), and all you want to do is relax and enjoy before you have to hit the hay and be prepared to do it all tomorrow… and then… The Nighttime Snack Monster Attacks! This is a daily struggle for me. […]
It’s Friday! Is anyone superstitious? Don’t check the date! As the only ones with very little kiddos, we’re missing out on a great weekend at the cabin with 13 (bum bum bum…) family members. We did have a fantastic time up there last weekend. My eating was horrible. That place is full of sweets, treats, and […]
Time is running out! My little guy just had his Valentine’s Day party at Preschool and we handed out the adorable Dollar Store Valentine’s Day Pencils again. February is here! Time to go out of our way to show our love for our family and friends. Out of love for my kiddos, I’ve been trying to put some of my frugal ways aside to ensure that I am feeding them some of the best foods possible. Products from companies such as Harvestland […]
I’ve started dreading the time between naps and dinner like no other time of the day. Planning a dinner everyone will enjoy, that is healthy and delicious, that uses the fresh food before it goes bad, and that I can find time for after the kiddos wake up and want my attention and before my […]
If asked, I would say I’m not a soup person. However, there are two soups I can’t get enough of and I’m sharing one today. The funny thing is, I also consider myself a person who is not big on tomato-based recipes. This is tomato-based soup, full of veggies, and so delicious I can’t get […]
