Don’t we all love to get those ‘All About My Mom’ Mother’s Day gifts from school? I know I get such a kick out of them. So, why not share the love – or humiliation – right back with those teachers with a Teacher Appreciation Questionnaire!?

So here we are, the last day of teacher appreciation week, and I’m just now sending the kids off with a little something for their teachers. Maybe the worst part is that I’m sharing it here so late. However, if you’re like me and this time of the year is ca-razy, then this is just in time for you.

The best thing is you can just print it off. Have the kiddos take a couple minutes to fill it out and send it off to their teacher. I added ours to some cute little bath salts I got stocked up on when they were on clearance at Target. There’s another tip for you – head to Target when the holiday stuff goes to 70 or 90 percent off and look for these cute little gifts to save for teachers.

I kept this very simple because I knew I would have to force the kiddos through them if they took too long. Actually, I could have added another question or two because they were finished in no time. What I love the most is the space to add a little drawing. They’re the cutest!

Our teacher appreciation questionnaire is paired with a pretty standard gift – just a cute little container of bath salts. It’s easy to roll the questionnaire up like a scroll and attach it to anything. The kiddos love the look of a curled ribbon.

Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas

I’ve never been a gift card person. However, I absolutely love to receive them, so I have nothing against that gift!

I think I’m just a little too cheap frugal and I like to spend even less than is acceptable as a gift card amount. My favorite gifts are post-holiday clearance items, handmade crafts, or something a little outside the box. Now that the kiddos have one main teacher and not a bunch of teachers like in preschool, it has gotten easier.
