Spend some time with Grandma

I especially love gifting something to represent a larger experience! A way to spend quality time together, but a little something to give is always nice.
- Gift a relaxing eye mask or bath bomb to represent a spa day.
- Give a box of candy and some movie tickets.
- What woman can resist shoes? A pair of boots can represent a hike or a pair of boat shoes for a sail.
Make a list throughout the year
This may not help you this year, but it will in the future.
Keeping a running list of gift ideas on your phone is so helpful. When Mom or Grandma mentions something that triggers an idea for you, make a note of it on your phone.
For instance, my mom likes to wear a lot of bracelets, but she was having trouble finding the right ones. I made note to get some bracelet stacks or a wrap bracelet for Christmas and she loved them.
Spoil Grandma with a little luxury
If it’s in the budget, take the opportunity to spoil the woman who takes such good care of everyone else.
My mom is always spending so much of her time and energy on us. She doesn’t bat an eye at spoiling her grandchildren or getting them something they need.
It’s a nice surprise to spoil her a bit in return.
Some jewelry, a nice watch, or even a designer handbag are all things Grandma will rarely buy for herself.
