Summer is here and we couldn’t be happier!

Longer days, warmer weather, and getting outside as much as possible.

We have had a bit of an earlier and warmer start to summer in Minnesota this year. We are no strangers to April snowstorms, so we are taking advantage of being able to emerge from our caves earlier than usual.

We got the bikes out early and have been going on a lot of bike rides and walk.

Colorful playhouse kitchen

The kids have been spending a lot of time outside at their grandparents house. Isn’t it the best? They have this adorable playhouse there and this custom kids teardrop camper! Who wouldn’t want to spend all their time there?

School is ending and we’re all about making all this outdoor time extra fun.

We’re talking special moments, fun activities, and tropical drinks.

AMARUMAYU Superfruit Juices

The warmer weather has us feeling thirsty and tropical.

Luckily, we were introduced to AMARUMAYU this year. I learned about them during the Moms Meet Virtual WOW Summit.

I always know, if Moms Meet introduces me to a product or company, it’s doing something great. They focus on healthy families and supporting responsible companies.

There are so many things to love about AMARUMAYU superfruit juices.

First, have you seen prettier bottles?

I always want to take a picture when I’m drinking them. The bottles themselves make me embarrassingly happy.

They are delicious and refreshing.

For using fruits that are completely new to me, both of these juice flavors are so tasty!

We did our own little taste test.

The kids love the Apple and Camu Camu juice, which is very sweet and delicious. I adore the Apple, Buriti, Cocona juice. It has a tropical vibe and is my favorite! (To be fair, Little Guy couldn’t actually decide his favorite.)

So Good

If my kiddos are drinking juice, they do no need one with added sugar! These have no sugar added or preservatives, and are full of omegas and vitamins.

So Responsible

AMARUMAYU is a company you can feel really good about supporting. They are committed to protecting biodiversity, reversing climate change, and supporting indigenous communities.

These products are better for you, better for the Amazon, and better for the environment. Love that.

Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles

When the kids were toddlers we made fruit and yogurt treats, including pops, that were perfect for them at that age.

Of course, they’re perfect for any age.

With fruit and yogurt inside, you could serve the kids popsicles for breaktfast!

It’s essentially a fruit and yogurt parfait that is frozen. So, imagine what the kids will think when you hand them a popsicle in the morning. Go ahead – it will be a hit for sure!

Popsicle Molds

We used a sphere ice cube tray, which is such a perfect size for toddlers or just for a little treat. For the handle, we just cut a plastic straw in half and it was the perfect size.

I couldn’t find those molds this time around. We’ve been building a new storage room in the basement and they’ve gone missing. Of course, I can see in my mind exactly where they were before we started the project…

No problem, though, because we have a few different popsicle molds. I think these came from Target at one point. They use wooden sticks but silicone molds like this one are better for easy removal. We also have a standard popsicle mold like this and even these silicone push pop things that would be perfect for kids!

There are so many fun popsicle molds out there! My son would love this dinosaur mold. Of course, you can’t go wrong with a Mickey pop. I also love the design and look of these molds, and you can’t be how smart this one is with the included straw for drips!

Fruit and Yogurt popsicles are a great way to make a traditional popsicle a little more special. Fruit juice, fresh fruit, and yogurt make for such a fun popsicle experience!

So, when we tried these tropical, delicious juices we were inspired to make a super fruity and delicious frozen treat.

For our Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles, we combined both of the AMARUMAUYU juice flavors with vanilla yogurt, raspberries, and mango.

There’s a lot going on in there!

How to Make Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles

Any of your favorite fruit can be combined with yogurt or a great juice like AMARUMAYU and made into a popsicle.

We had some fresh raspberries, mango, vanilla yogurt, along with our Apple, Buriti, Cocona and Apple and Camu Camu juice so that’s what we used.

We dropped a raspberry in and covered with a one flavor of juice. Next, we added yogurt along with some of the mango pieces and more raspberries.

If you’re not careful with the yogurt, you’ll have some air pockets. You want it all filled in before it freezes. You can tap the mold to try to release the air, or you can use the popsicle stick to allow juice to flow in to fill the space.

Top the fruit and yogurt popsicle with the other flavor of juice and you’ll have a pretty popsicle with different colors and swirls.
